• your User Content does not violate the law or the rights of any third party.

6. AI-Generated Content and Outputs

The Services may generate suggested copy, plans, summaries, recommendations, checklists, or other outputs using automated and AI-assisted tools.

These outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to third parties, or using them for business decisions. 13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMPSTACK AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMPSTACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChampStack and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
